We sure do love making up new conditions in this country. Here's the latest.

In the wake of the elections on Tuesday night, you may find yourself, your friends, or your family experiencing something called POST-ELECTION DEPRESSION.

Dr. Linda Reiss is a psychologist in Minneapolis. She says post-election depression is more severe than just being bummed over MITT ROMNEY or another candidate losing.

She says it happens when people get so emotionally involved in the election . . . and then lose . . . that it subconsciously triggers emotions that have been BURIED. That generally includes depressing moments from when you were younger, even childhood.

There's not an official treatment for post-election depression, but I'm sure a shrink or doctor would be happy to take your money to help you try to get over it. (CBS 4 - Minneapolis)
