There's a LOT you can dislike about Facebook, but you can't argue with this: IT GETS RESULTS.

For the past three years, 21-year-old Jenessa Simons of Highland, Utah has been searching for her biological parents. She knew her parents had her when they were 16, in Provo, Utah, and named her Whitney. But that's all she knew.

Finally, on Sunday, she decided to try Facebook. Jenessa posted a photo of herself holding up a sign reading, quote, "Help me find my birth parents!" with all the info she had about them.

And within two days, Jenessa found her birth mother.

The photo was shared more than 133,000 times. One person who saw it thought she knew Jenessa's birth mother and forwarded it along. It WAS Jenessa's birth mother . . . and now she and Jenessa reconnected.  She also connected Jenessa with her father.

Jenessa says her adoptive parents supported her looking for her birth parents after she turned 18, and are excited for her to meet up with them. (Gawker
