I am so excited!  Today is the first weigh in at the doctor since my surgery on the 16th.  It has been 11 days and I can tell for sure the weight is coming off.  Everyone is aking how much I am lost but I haven't weighed I want it to be a suprise.  I hope it is a good suprise. 

I feel amazing.  I had my drain taken out (ok....I took it out) but It is healing nicely.  I am finding it hard to get my 60oz of protien and 60oz of liquid in but I manage to get it all in.  I have to tell  you it helps.  I have never felt better in my life!  I have energy and seeing the weight comes off gives me motivation to walk and exersize everday.  This has been the best thing I have ever done for myself and I know running and playing with Andrew, Rob and Nolen that it will get better every day.   I hope Dr. Edwards is impressed with my progress and I want to hug him and Lynn his PA and thank them for all the great work.  I will make them proud!  I will let  you know how it goes tomorrow!  Wish me luck!
