Well my weight loss continues but very slowly. I am not complaining....I am thrilled. So far I am down 54lbs to 190lbs. Still have at least 40lbs to go and I know I will get there! Losing weight is hard. I am really loving doing Pilates. I have never been able to stick with any form of exersize much. But this I love. Makes me feel tall and thinner and more confident. It is great mentally too. I will keep this up. Weight is such a struggle. Snacking is a no no so that is one think I have to stay away from. Eating my protien and drinking my water is a must. It really works!
