Open Position: Online Account Executive
Clear Channel Asheville is seeking a commissioned, Online Account Executive. Online Account Executives are responsible for selling online advertising campaigns to clients who are anxious to leverage the growth opportunities presented by Internet marketing. Our next Online Account Executive will develop and grow interactive advertising revenue for Clear Channel Asheville. Duties and responsibilities include prospecting, sales and service of online advertising clients, creation of customized online marketing solutions (through Customer Needs Analysis process) to new and existing radio clients and agencies, as well as design and presentation of marketing proposals for new and existing online products. Online Account Executives work with the Online Sales Manager, Content Directors and the Clear Channel Online Music and Radio Sales team to sell all available inventories. Online sales experience is preferred. Sales experience is required. Medical, dental, life insurance, and 401K benefits are available.

Clear Channel Radio Account Executives are responsible for creating marketing solutions for clients looking to meet their key business challenges using radio, internet and event advertising. Essential responsibilities include:
- Prospect and call on new accounts
- Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Conceptualize radio marketing strategies to address client challenges
- Write and present proposals - Coordinate advertisement copy-writing and production
- Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, time rates and sales contracts
