Last night I finally got to go to my first Blind Pig event, a local underground supper club. HIGHLY recommended for anyone who likes to eat a little adventurously!

Last night's event benefitted a local slam poetry group that encourages youth poets, and some of their AMAZING high schoolers performed at the dinner last night. Let's just say, it's not what I expected when I headed out for a girls night, but in the best way. These stories were so, so moving and inspiring. Watch below of a video from a past performance.
