I'm about to embark on an awesome weekend at LEAF in Black Mountain, so if anything wacky happens on the websites tomorrow - it's not my fault! I'm excited to hang out at Lake Eden all weekend with friends, drink local beer, do a little shopping, stay up late, and enjoy live music, especially from this guy:

Have I ever mentioned I have a girl crush on Nicole Richie? She has a new web series called "#CandidlyNicole" which from what I can gather is a bunch of mini-episodes, which I love - quick and easy!

I grew up watching Star Trek: The Next Generation, and as I'm sure many girls did, I had a wee crush on Wesley Crusher. The actor Wil Wheaton has now become I kind of geek celebrity, and has a reoccuring role (as himself, no less) on The Big Bang Theory. 

Wil was recently at a convention giving a Q&A and an audience member asked for him to talk to her newborn daughter about why it's cool to be a nerd. Watch below (Spoiler: It's not about science and anime).
